Any good sayings for the deceased??...

I have a blurb in my program already, but I am relocating the memory candle from the church to the reception to display and I don't want the same wording....

Thanks,
Christine

We wrote on our memory candles:

In Loving Memory
of those that were taken too soon
to partake in this joyous day.
We do not mourn, but celebrate their lives
and hope to reflect their love in our own.

As for where to put them, they will be on the alter in the church and we are actually lighting them during the ceremony and the Pastor is going to say something about it. My grandmother, great aunt (who was like another grandma to me) and FH grandmother all died within a month of each other in the beginning of 2004. So we felt we should do something for them.

that sounds really nice - very thoughtful of you both. and what a beautiful saying - and for the pastor to acknowledge it!! that is very sentimental.
