any ideas?

i want to lose some weight for our wedding but am not a fan of cardio. the only cardio i like is step. unfortunately, the classes at my gym are not at convenient times. so i thought it would be great if i could get a cd or mp3 that had a step class on it that i could bring to the gym when i go. i've been searching online for step workouts on CD or MP3 but haven't been having any luck. has anyone heard of this kind of product or know where i can get?

TIA!

hello,

here are 2 sights that may have what you are looking for:
http://www.iamplify.com/index.php?cPath=4&osCsid=0b83cccfd63f36bb27075bcfe6b0a1ce

http://marinaonline.com/new/mp3downloads.php

I haven't purchased anything from either one, but have heard about them...maybe if you do some research on them, they'll have what you want.
GOOD LUCK

There's a company called Giam that has a lot of DVD's for that sort of thing. They cover everything from step to yoga. I know you said you want to take it to the gym, but this a good one to try at home.
You can find them at most stores like Sports Authority I know Ulta3 used to sell them when I worked there I think they still do.
