I have appointments with 4 florist over the next 2 weekends. Any info (good or bad) you can give me would be very helpful. If you could share your quotes that would be great also.
B*urtons... they give you a package deal, not a break down on prices. You get any flowers you want, apparently from anywhere (the guy told me he'd get me flowers from Africa if I wanted haha) as long as they are in season. If they are blooming, you can have them, no matter what the flower, all for one price.

I am booked with Michelle from Hidden Essence..She was so so nice, accomodating, and really friendly to the budget...I didn't have to give up anything!

For number 3-read their reviews on better business bureau. Sometimes people get confused with designs by rose. Designs by rose is awesome by the way.
Hidden essence has really good prices!
Bu*tons also has really good prices but uses too much fillers for my taste

I met with B*rtons too. They have good prices as well, but I felt they were straight up business, whereas Michelle is so personable and really cares about the look of my wedding.

I had a friend that used JackAndRose.. everything turned out find but she definitely does not recommend them and I heard they were VERY tricky with the contract, meaning what you saw as a sample may be 3x bigger than what's written in the contract (lots of filler, specifies number of flowers). be careful.

In the past 2 weeks Ive actually met with 3 of the 4 florists on your list. B*urtons by far was the best prices for the selection of flowers. Michelle from Hidden Essence was amazing and her prices werent that far from B*urtons for the same set up. I really recommend her! We didnt have a great meeting with Arygle. The women we met with had great ideas, was super helpful, however she ignored our budget and more than doubled it. In fact her quote was double the price of both B*urtons and Hidden Essences for far less. If you have any questions please send me FM!

I dont think Burton used a lot of fillers in my centerpieces at all.

I used bu*tons - my flowers were beautiful. We had a problem the morning of the wedding when the flowers were delivered. I was in Riverhead (an hour away!) and they sent someone else to come and fix it, no cost, no arguement just taken care of. I met iwth another florist and the price difference was so drastic.
