ebay rocks like that. costume shops are also relatively cheap for them as well.
petticoats don't usually have the layer of 'satin' or taffeta or whatever that is, it's just the tulle and it sometimes has several levels per layer. (this is based on my costuming experience so it might not relate to weddings)

I am selling a ballgown slip. It's only been worn once and in great condition. I paid $150 but I would sell it to you for $75. I will post a pic of me in my dress. I'm wearing it underneath obviously hahaha
