Any info or experiences with the Hamlet in Commack?

I know there are a couple of hamlets, but I was looking for more information about the Hamelt golf and CC in Commack. I Was wondering if I should go there and take a look around. Has anyone gone there to look or been to a wedding there?

I was there last week.

Good:

Bridal room w/ bathroom
Separate Bridal Party room w/ big screen TV and couches.
Beautiful foyer
Good food selection
Lisa (coordinator) is wonderful
Cocktail hr. inside and out on patio with
fountain in back
Dance Floor is big!
Gazebo in front

Bad:

I didn’t like the china, color of ballroom or the fact that because I am only having like 110 people they would pull out a wall to close off the room. It reminded me of those folding doors in gym. It doesn’t look like that but something about it I just didn’t like.

The price I got is $105.00 for a Fri night in Sep. I think it's like $115.00 for Sat.

All in all the price is good and you get a lot of food that I heard is very good.
The place is worth looking at if your close by.
