I saw the bed & breakfast!!
well, the first floor at least!
my bridesmaids ordered their dresses today, and they wanted to get lunch at the INN so that could check the place out.
frank came over to greet us and told us he'd get someone to show us the B&B!!!!!
he said the 2nd floor isn't done, but i dont really know what they are putting up there. but the 1st floor is really nice!
it definitely has the same ornate feel of the 2nd floor bridal suite. there is a small bedroom with french doors and a gorgeous chandelier over the bed and a small flat screen tv on the wall (who would ever be watching tv in there???)
there is a small sitting area with a couch & coffee table. there is also a tall dining table with yet another chandelier. 1 and a half baths (no tub), and a tiny nook where they set up the food.
i didn't know what to expect, but i think they did a great job. i do think that it's a little 'cold & sterile' feeling, but i think that might be because it is just completed.
overall, i'm REALLY excited to stay there, and it's probably nicer than any bridal suite we would have found at a hotel.
