I was just going to put up a June brides post myself! We have the same date, June 21! Did you know it was the summer solstice- longest day of the year??Someone told me after I booked it...I also found out after that it is the anniversary of my FH's grandparents wedding date! So it has lots of good vibes attached to it!

How is your planning going? What have you done so far?

June 13th here. When we put our deposit down in April it seemed so far away. I can't believe it's less then 10 months now.

No dress yet. And I'm getting so stressed. I really want to find 'The One' cause everyone tells me I'll know when I find it, but I've found so many I like and flipflop all the time. I'm so bad at making any decisions like what to have for dinner

so I keep thinking I'll never be able to make this one.

LOL- i am totally the same way! I like almost every dress I have tried on so far - I am trying to hold out until i try on one and get a really special feeling, but nothing yet!

I feel the same way too. There are so many dresses out there, how am I supposed to choose one? Last weekend was my first visit to a bridal salon ( Kleinfeld) and I was so overwhelmed that when I left, I walked almost 20 blocks without realizing it!

I just found mine at burtons last week. I had a hard time too. I went to about 6 0r 7 shops before finding my dress. Here is a pic (the color looks a little weird, it's actually ivory).

Never went to Kleinfeld's. I live out in Hauppauge so Brooklyn is a little too far for me. I did spend one day in NYC and went to the Bridal Bldg, but I enjoyed the shops on Long Island much better. I f you can, go early on a weekday, I went on Mondays and never had to wait to be helped.

Hey KC.

Yes I know its the longest day of the year. The sun will be shining unitl 8 at night!
I have all the major stuff booked. Place, Florist, Band, Videorgrapher, Photographer. I got my dress at Kleinfelds. As to work w/ Toni Anne she is great.

Thanks, Junebride21! I am getting worried that I havent booked a florist yet- I dont think I have a clear enough idea of what I want yet for flowers so I am afraid to commit! I guess I should start looking more seriously?What florist are you using? Maybe I will find 'THE' dress at Kleinfled's this week at least!

I am using Spitz and Peck.

Kleinfelds had a great selection. That was the only place I went to tryon dresses and I found it that day. It was the second one I tried on out of 8.
