I am pretty sure the only two are in Lake Success and Farmingdale...I am seriously considering Lake Success and getting out of NYSC! Any girls who go there and like it? or hate it???? TIA!

there's one in Syosset, but if you do that, you might as well go to Fitness Together in Woodbury, which is MUCH better.
Isn't LA Fitness just like Curves?... MY BAD... I was TOTALLY thinking Ladies Workout Express... Not LA Fitness!!!

LA Fitness is not like curves. It's a 'real' gym.
I used to go to the one in Farmingdale.
I loved it. It was clean and had new equipment.

I'm told the one in Lake Success is even being expanded! It has two floors (I think) and they are incorporating a juice bar now! I know they have a pool too. People here at work started going with guest passes and can't stop raving about it! Plus they have better hours than NYSC and it's less money! Trainers are less expensive too!

I have been going to the Lake Success gym since it has opened.
I keep hearing that they are expanding but don't see it happening. I love it there but it's getting crowded!

I go to the one in Lake Success. I love it. I just walk out of my building into the next. It is a bit crowded, but no more really than any other gym. Your usual days are busy. Mon/Tues/ but by the end of the week and definitely the weekend you can navigate through the machines quickly and with ease.

Yes, I go to the one in Farmingdale and I love it. The class schedule is convenient, the place is clean and there is never a wait for equipment. I hear the one in Lake Success is even better, more classes and even bigger.
