know the small claims process.....i am still trying to get $1000 from my exfiance and just needs him to sign a piece of paper......
who knows what i need to do if i want to take him to small claims court??

that seems easy enough.....i would love if we could settle this civilly, and im gonna try one more time, but it looks like im gonna hafta go to small claims court

Yeah it's like $15 or something, you fill out paperwork and that's it... It's so easy.. I feel like you've been dealing with this for so long you might as well just do it so you can get your cash! He's obvi never gonna be civil enough..
