I know a few people who went to Touro. Didn't really hear anything bad about it. Law school in general just stinks!!!

really???? that is amazing!!! I am trying to get in there & I need **ALL** the help I could get--can you please as him if he has any recommendations for me with regards to the admission process??

I will be setting up an interview to give in my application, I graduated high school in 3 years as well as college in 3 years! My gpa is okay a 3.4 however my lsat score does not show my potential-- I NEED to get into law school & I will do whatever it takes, can he suggest anything else I should do besides an interview, letters of rec. as well as my personal statement?

thank you soooooo muchh!!!

Hi. I spoke to my FH and he said at this point there's nothing more that you can do and it sounds like you've done it all! He thinks it pretty much comes down to the LSAT score. Good luck with the application process -- I remember how stressful that was for him. Keep us updated!

I just graduated in December from there.....It wasn't hard to get in when I applied but since they moved to CI I think they are a bit more selective.

Re: Any lawyers go to Touro??

Have you thought about retaking your LSATs? It looks like the rest of your credentials would lend themselves to more opportunities. Do you have any idea what type of environment you want to work in after law school? JMHO, but while you will get an excellent education at Touro Law, it can be hard to get hired at certain types of firms after graduation. I am not tryign to be obnoxious, just honest- i know a few people who went there for law school who are having a hard time finding jobs, and I know my firm generally doesn't look at resumes from Touro graduates. I dont agree with the practice, but the legal world (at least the large firm world) seems to be pretty focused on where people went to school (even for lateral moves).

yes! I am aware of this-- I however already have a job set up for me when I graduate law school & pass the bar-- I just need to get in first -- but thank you for the advise---
