I'm not a Lostie, but hello??? The Oscars are tonight............. I can't believe all this $ stuff.... so annoying....... And I don't know who to believe because they are both saying pretty different things...

we're thinking about it, but I heard its a long process to get the house hooked up. meanwhile there is an optimum truck sitting in front of my driveway right now... I want to go kick him!

We switched to Fios after the Food Network thing and thank god we did. If I would have missed Lost b/c of Cablevision I would have been so pissed!

i HATE the cable companies. i have time warner but i have NO OTHER OPTIONS. i got a ridiculous email from time warner basically saying 'we're so great. you still have abc. love us.'
i hate them so much and would drop them in a heartbeat if i could.
i feel for you girls though! i think abc.om will air episodes of lost.

We have fios, thank god! and i couldnt be happier. the only thing that stinks is when u first get it the channel numbers are all different but u get use to it

NOt a Lostie but I think it's sooo annoying that they keep doing this. And those freakin commercials where Cablevision goes on and on saying how they are so fair & it's all ABC fault....SO annoying. I looked into switching to FiOs but when we put our address in online, it said it wasn't available in our area
I am so sick of cablevision and all their crap - they've been ripping people off for years and it's finally coming back to bite them in the A$S. I want to switch but it's such a hassle. And I would have to get internet through them anyway b/c the fios is not available where I am - the only options are DISH network or DIRECTV.

i dont' watch Lost, but I'm so glad that I have Directv. after all this nonsense with losing channels. we switched to Directv back when cablevision wouldn't pick up the YES network

Just a suggestion....You can always watch Lost on ABC online. You would just have to wait to watch it until Wednesday to watch it.
As for the Oscars I am having a friend DVR it for me.
