I already took like 4 excedrins today I took a nap it didn't go away and now I'm not tired I already ate food and can't watch tv the noise it bothers me...

do you have any eucalyptus oil? i rub it on my scalp and it helps. or sniff it.

ETA - I just realized that I asked if you have any eucalyptus oil, like it's something people have just lying around. my mom was obsessed with natural remedies... some of which work, some don't. but the euc works for my migranes.

Caffiene! And get away from the computer monitor; the glare might be straining your eyes and making your headache worse.

I don't know if you have gone to your doctor, but my FH suffers from migranes.

They were getting so bad that he eventually went to a migrane specialist in Manhattan and they gave him Treximet!

It works wonders for him.....aside from that, he would just take Excedrin Migraine and try to sleep it off....

I usually lay down with all the lights off and an ice pack on my head

I also take migraine medication daily, so its really bad if I get them anymore
