THATS MY FRIEND! lol

I had to decline her wedding invite though due to work and family obligations.

This was the first venue I looked at though and I loved it. When Jenny had gotten engaged I told her to look there and she fell in love!

lol I'm just seeing this now, yeah that was me there on the 21st! They are a great venue you will love it. We took some pictures at cedar beach and I'm hoping they come out great, the view was beautiful.

I have to add though the one thing I did not like was that they said they are one wedding at a time, which they are, however, they do not say one event at a time. We were told we would have use of the entire place all day. Well, about a week before the wedding, we were told there would be another party there, a small party of about 40 guests using what was our cocktail hour room, from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. That I was not happy about because then Chris was rushing us off the staircase because he did not want us interfering with the party. Then he told DH that if I wanted to go outside I should use the banquet hall entrance staircase....narrow steel steps in a huge ballgown, yeah no. So DH told Chris that was not happening and he said no problem, plus he knew we were upset about the other party and being rushed through our first meeting pictures, but he took care of us to make up for it by having food sent up to us since I was there at 10:45am.

Miller Place Inn was INCREDIBLE. We got married there on December 29, 2012. They were very accommodating for everything that we needed. Our limo broke down on the way to the party and Chris and his staff ventured out in a snow storm to rescue the entire bridal party off the side of the road so we wouldn't miss any of the party waiting for another limo.
