I think you have it pretty much down pat Mary. Are you helping with anything else like the flowers, music, etc. What about Debi's bridal shower don't forget that!

Hi Liz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Deb has the flowers/music covered. I don't know about the shower. What's proper on the Mom helping with that? Mary

There really is no proper ettiqute for that. You may want to speak with Donna about it to discuss if the two of you would like to host the whole event or have the bridesmaids help too. But I remember you saying some of the bridesmaids were having some finance problems so you may want to do the whole thing with Donna. I hosted Nina's NY shower with family from both sides..it was a lot of fun. I would answer any questions you may have. I even have a great website for invites called adorableplanet.com . I got the invites from there and they were adorable. You can also go online for favors. I will find the exact site for that too and send it to you.

Hi Kathy - I had the shower at Villa Russo's in Richmond Hill. It is owned by Frank Russo's, of Russo's on the Bay, brother. They have a catering hall and a restaurant. I had the shower in the restaurant and it was fabulous and not very expensive. I'll FM you the price I paid and you will be amazed. Finally! pictures from my shower at Villa Russo by Nina. The date of the post should be around the end of May beginning of June 2007. The shower was on May 20th.
I also had great favors and invitations that were not that expensive at all.
