Re: Any MUST ASK Questions for a Travel Agent?
I would definitely ask:
Cancellation policy, price for travel insurance, whether or not transfers to and from hotel and airport are included, if a passport is necessary, if there are any additional expenses such as arrival or departure taxes whereever you may go and if you will be able to check in if you arrive early.
These are just a few I can think of off the top of my head.

I just found out that some travel agents will actually adjust the price of airfare for you if it goes down before your vacation.
