ever hear of a place called the Elbow Room... im pretty sure it's in Nassau County...
or does anyone have another suggestions of a yummy restaurant out in Nassau?? I want to go out to dinner with a friend from NJ, so we are going to meet half way in Nassau. (i live in suffolk)

I know there is an Elbow Room out east somewhere...my friend used to go there with her family for every special occasion. I've never been but she says the food is phenomenal

La Piazza on Merrick Road in Merrick, or Piccolo's on Sunrise Highway in Bellmore. They are both excellent places to eat at.

You can always go to the Cheesecake Factory in the Source Mall. They have a great menu!

Calageros in Garden City is amazing. Small and intimate and the food is out of this world. By far my favorite place to eat in Nassau.

Yes, if its the one I am thinking of its called 'Cliff's Elbow Room' in Jamesport but commonly called the Elbow Room. I have always wanted go because my friend used to rave about the steaks, but have not made it yet. Here's the site:
