Remember that there are some complaints about almost any vendor. With the photographer, I'd make sure he has a 'must take' photo list, give this to your DOC if you have one. If not, make sure you confirm with him that he gets all the shots. Duet typically has two photographers, I'd check with both so they don't miss anything.

I'm using them and I'm not worried.

i think duet does great work for the price!! i think some brides may just have unrealistic expectations when they are seeing the 'best of the best' on this website. there are some other photography studios in the same price point category as duet, and their work is not nearly as beautiful!! so duet brides, i personally dont think you have anything to worry about!!

I really loved working with them. Just dont be afraid to speak up and tell them what u are looking for because they can create your dream pics you just need to tell them what u want.

Our photographers were awesome. Jay did an amazing job capturing all of our wedding shots and was very professional. The office staff, on the other hand, are awful. They do not return calls and are extremely difficult to work with. I tried to get my albums for 14 months. I was told they would be sent numerous times and they never got to me
When promised. When I finally did get them, there was a typo! Although I loved the photographer and the shots that were taken, this is honestly not worth the frustration and aggravation. I am sure you will be able to find another company that will provide better service.

Two of our friends used Duet and they had nothing but great things to say about them. We're making an appointment with them ASAP!

I don't have any personal experience with them. When we were looking for photo I was going to email them to get a quote but they have an F rating on the BBB. To me it just wasn't worth the risk.
