Any new Smithtown Landing CC Brides out there?

There aren't many of us, and I wanted to keep tabs on how everyone's doing!

You know, i noticed after i started on LIW that i didn't see many other SLCC brides, and i was really surprised. It's so beautiful, and the food is so good!

Yes I did go to the showcase. I CANT WAIT EITHER!! I'm so excited to see my fiance for the first time that day!! What a moment, right!?

I guess I am just a little worried that, yes, I did go to the showcase and barely anyone was there. Did you guys go early? We went during the last hour and like no one was there basically... And I guess the food had been sitting out since 12pm, and thats why when we got there at 2pm, everything did not taste so good? What do you think? Did you do your tasting yet? I mean.. we are having an open bar, so we'll just get everyone with a drink in their hands on the dance floor! hahaha.

i wasn't able to go. my sister got married that weekend and it was CRAZY!!! Rich told me they had a really good turnout so maybe you missed the rush! i know the lessings food is good so i'm not too worried. i'm going to try and go to the one in January. We'll see!

I'm having my ceremony and reception at Smithtown Landing! I'm an extremely picky person but when I went there with my fiance it was very easy to decide. It was only the 2nd or 3rd place we looked at. I also found a dress the first place I went to at David's Bridal (yesterday). This is so not like me...

We loved it and there is NO ONE more accomdating than Rich and Donna!!

Hey! Oh my gosh!! :) Same weekend!! What rooms are you using for the reception and cocktail hour? Are you getting married there on one of the decks or going to a church or temple? Let me know if you have any questions!

I am using the Nissequogue room for the cocktail hour....and the Merrywood for the reception. Our ceremony is going to be outside on the deck (fingers crossed!). What about you?
