So, I have not been feeling too hot today. I think i ate too much last night too late and I have been kinda nautious today. To top it off I had to let go my help here in the office and for the past 2 weeks I am alwasy up to my neck in paperwork and computer work, and that doesnt leave me much time to be on the phone with customers doing my regular PR and order taking and explaining.... So basically unless its important i don't rally stay on the phone.. Anyway MY HUNNY called me to check on me and see how I was feeling and I snapped at him... I felt so bad after I got off the phone I picked it right back up and apologized.. I felt so bad.....

ug, I do that all the time. I have a nasty habit of taking things out on my FH, probably because I know he'll take it and still love me. It's a habit I really need to break though.

Its part of being in a relationship with anyone. Sometime things bother us and we hold them in. The poor person you speak to next ends up bearing the brunt of your frustration. But you dont seem like a mean person, Im sure you FH knew you werent feeling well. Im sure he appreciated your phone call. Sometimes it helps to walk away and take a deep breath.

Yeah he knows what I go throughin here.. I am your 'do it all girl' and it get frustrating.. Feeling yucky on top of that makes it worse so he doesnt hold grudges, or even get mad, but I just can't help feeling so bad. In the bgining of our relationship I used to take eveything out of the poor guy and he thought I was nuts.. but he stuck around and I changed my ways BIG TIME..( and Im proud of that) I just think it makes me feel worse that he is so undertsanding... does that makes sense??

i do that too and feel horrible afterwards...unfortunately i think its pretty normal..dont beat urself up over it, give him a call back and apologize...im tryin to learn to walk away or not take things out on him that arent his fault, but it is very hard...im sure he understand dont worry!!!

ALL THE TIME!!! and then i always go RIGHT back and say i'm so sorry-- sometimes i dont even know WHY i do it-- i feel so bad for him!! but he's so understanding and always says it's ok and that i'm just having a bad day and it's normal-- so he's great about it.
hate when i do it tho!!!
lol almost forgot-- when aunt flo is in town-- it's the worst!!!!! he's always like OMG IT'S coming!!! hahaha-- he knows to stay away and 'beware'

It happens all the time...I snap very easily and we tend to take it out on those who we know will forgive us....You need a break...take a deep breath..and be sure to Give Angelo a big hug and tell him you are sorry

Of course this happens..I feel bad when I do it too. BUT you're human and it's ok. Don't beat yourself up over it. Make it up to him with a nice meal or maybe a lil' somethin' extra

I was def. more 'explosive' in the beginning. His patience and the way he kept his calm really helped me see how crazy I could get, and I changed the way I argue with him. I do take out my stress on him, but I always tell him afterwards that I'm sorry and it usually ends up being a good talk.
I'm trying now to just skip to the talking part first, and if I'm really angry in a moment, I dont talk to anyone until I'm calm. He's also really good at making me laugh in the middle of an argument, which used to piss me off further, but now I just laugh!

when FH is cranky, I am his #1 direct line of fire.. and usually he will send me a text telling me he is cranky and that he loves me.. when I am tired and not feeling well, I become very whiney and irritable..

It happens to me all the time. I always feel terrible. Because if he were like that with me, I'd be really really upset. I always take a moment, gather my thoughts and composure and apologize. He knows I don't mean it, so it's over and forgotten about.
