Re: Any Old Field brides:
I was wondering about food tastings too! I went last summer and sat with my FH in the bridal suite while another event was happening and got to taste the hors d'oerves as they went out but that was about it. Was hoping they would do some sort of tasting night for all of the 09 couples or something so we could get a feel for what the 'real' food would be like. Though I've only ever seen good things written about it so it can't be too bad I guess!
What about the cake? When do we start talking with them about that too? I feel so clueless! And I'm at my 6 month mark today, I feel the time ticking away.....

Re: Any Old Field brides:
the tasting and menu selection should start about 2 months before the wedding...
Tom said that way they could try to do some different dishes with what would be in season ans not necessarily always on the menu...

I just went for the cake consultation this weekend...at Le Bonne Boulangerie...IT WAS AWESOME...we need some very specific things and Corey was a dream!!!
His suggestion was about 4-5 months before the wedding and if you are planning on upgrading 50% deposit is required
