Any one else have second thoughts about reception hall?

So i went to visit my reception hall yesterday to make a payment and see the new outdoor area ( I'll post pics as soon as i learn how to do it for u other CB brides). But I wasn't as in love with it as I was the first time. I don't know if it was because I was rushed because there were weddings going on. I don't think my future mother in law liked it because she didn't say anything about the hall. We've already given them about $4,000 so we don't want to lose money but I don't want to back out. It just doesn't feel the same if that makes any sense.

i just had my eparty at CB in march and seriously i had the most amazing time...the staff couldnt have been more helpful ....the food was AMAZING...i told fh i wish that we were getting married there still (we switched rh's).....CB went above and beyond ....

I know we all get second thoughts about things... but CB is a gorgoeus place.... one of the places that I wanted to choose. Why don't you try to go back one morning so you won't be rushed through. Maybe you'll fall in love with it.

I definately think that because you rushed you may have second thoughts because you feel that you are not getting the attention you deserve. Honestly before I walked into CB I told myself I am not getting married here. But when I walked around and saw the rooms and saw the changes since the last time I went to a wedding there I really fell in love with the place. Every time I mention that I am getting married there the response thing people say is the food is great. Do not worry everything will be fine.

The thing with having second thoughts or the possibility with wanting to cancel, is the Nassau Cty laws.

I was booked at a RH in nassau and I had to cancel (because frankly, it was too much money). As a result, I have to wait till my wedding date passes, AND the room I booked has to be filled with the same number of people in order for me to get my money back.

on the other hand, maybe you just werent as excited as when you initially booked. it could have been alot of factors playing into it.See how you feel next time you go and then make your judgement from there.

Like the girls are saying, I think you'll be fine. Sometimes, we have these second thoughts- I think it's normal.

I went to a wedding at CB not too long ago and it was great! The food is soooooo good!! And the place is beautiful!! Everyone has second thoughts about different things. Don't stress! Your wedding is going to be fabulous!!
