Any one tasted a wedding cake from Rolling Pin? That is what Giorgio's uses as a bakery but I had one of their wedding cakes a year ago and wasn't thrilled with the cake, it was very dry! This is the one vendor I am not 100% feeling great about and have an idea I will regret it in a week. Any opinions?

My shower (at Danford's on the dound)and wedding (Giorgio's) cake were both from rolling pin
the cakes were amazng cause they actually tasted like cake (amazing concept isn't it)
I now some ladies get bummed about the few choices they offer but their cakes are awesome...taste..and moist
My shower cake was van with straberrry moose
my wedding cake was van with white chocolate moose and rasp. moose

My cake was from them and it was FANTASTIC. I loved it! We had cannoli and chocolate mousse filling. Everyone also said how yummy it was!
