any opinions on a spa and dinner for a bachelorette party?

I have posted this before, but I have to plan a bachelorette party for myself 24, the bride (obviously), a 14 year old and a 32 year old mentally disabled bridesmaid who can't really drink b/c of the medications she takes. I was thinking going to a spa and taking a limo to dinner in manhattan, but my only concern is that I don't want her to miss out on any crazy stripper fun!!!! Is it normal not to have a stripper in the whole scheme of things when it comes to a bachelorette party???

I am going to do something similar- a spa day and dinner. One of my friends is expecting, another is trying, so she's not really drinking at the moment, and another friend is a new mom who is breastfeeding. Plus, I just don't want something wild. I'm 32 and don't bounce back from those nights like I used to. Most of my friends feel the same way.

I've actually never been to a bachelorette party where there's been a stripper. Personally, I'd be upset if FH was doing something like that so I think it's only fair that my b-party be on the clean side.

There is a great spa in Commack called BOCU. It is fabulous and totally suitable for a bach party. I did this for a wedding I was in a few years ago, and it was great!

I am not including a stripper/strip club in my bachelorette party.. I am not a prude- but I don't need some sweaty, greasy guy bascially molesting me in front of all my friends.

I think a spa day and dinner sounds nice- especially if it's not a drinking crowd.
