Any other November brides? What do you have left to do? We still have to book music for ceremony and get florist.

I am a November bride...november 9th to be exact. We still need to finish registering, invitations, tuxes, finalize ceremony details, and finish attire. I have my favors but we have to wrap them this summer. Getting close huh?

I am also getting married Nov 9th. I am a planner and must have everything organized and done way early. We only need to finalize our guest list and get the invatations addressed. I will be in NY in Aug to have my 1st fitting for my dress, choose the menu and cake. We ordered our wedding bands last month and they just came in and they are gorgeous .

I am November 3.

Still need veil, Pick menu and flowers, buy shoes, undergarments, book hair and makeup people, picks song list, book Rabbi (eek!), order flower girl dresses, pick cake, finish seating arrangements, make invitations- whew! I am exhausted just thinking about all of that.

Nov. 16th here. I have to order invites, finalize flowers, menu, ceremony. Pick our wedding song, get attendants gifts, LOSE 20 POUNDS!!!

I am way behind judging from where you guys are! Dress isn't in, no shoes, undergarments, headpiece, veil - tuxes, no invites, no priest (yet), no florist (yet!), favors, ceremony details and everything else! I better pull it together!

You all reminded me of other things I need to do. I also need to get undergarments,jewelry,shoes,wedding rings and pick makeup person. We have to book our ceremony music and pick bridal party gifts. The guys have to pick their tuxes. We have to get our favors and go over ceremony details. My dress isn't in yet either.

I am November 2nd! I am starting to get really nervous.
Here is what is on my list:
tuxes, wedding rings. invites for rehearsal & brunch (we have the wedding invites already), headpiece, shoes, undergarments, meet with officients, bridal partygifts. There's plenty more, but is driving me crazy thinking about it.

We have LOTS to do...yikes! I thought we had sooo much time to plan and here we are with less than five months to go.

My job for the weekend is BM dresses and florist. Wish me luck.

It looks like I have EVERYTHING left! I haven't even booked a photographer. I need a hair and make up person, bridal party gifts, invites, and everything else that comes along! I think I am way behind here, and honestly, I don't even know how to get things done - what should I do and in what order - I need a timeline! If any November Brides has one, it would be greatly appreicated! No one but my MOH and finace are helping me!

I would book a photographer as soon as possible, the sooner you do it the more likely you will get the photographer you want. We order our invites off the internet and they took less than 2 weeks and the laser calligraphy take one day and the person we are using picks up the invites and delivers them back. I haven't bought my bridal party gifts yet primarily because I have't found anything that jumps out to me and says buy me they would like that. I don't wan't the typical gifts I want something special for each of my brides maids. I am not going to book my hair and make-up until I have my trial in Aug.
What you need to do is set up a prioty list and get those things done 1st. For example your photographer, DJ, officiant, florist are primary things and should be done as soon as possible.

BM dress usually only take 4 to 6 weeks so now would not be too early to at least start to looking because they may need some alterations done. Same with the wedding rings. If you happen to find rings that just need to be sized that does not take long, but in my case I have a large ring size and they needed to special order my wedding band because the diamonds were channel set and for it to look right they made the ring in my size so it took 4 weeks to come in then the engraving took about another week.

invites, favors, bridal party gift do not usually take long. We order both wine bottles and candy bars as favors both came within 3 weeks.

Nov. 10th is my date. It is easier to say what I've done versus what I haven't! I've got the florist, photographer and band. My dress, and my mother's are on order. That's it so far. My next project is invitations and what to do about my veil and headpiece. Oh, and I really have to loose 20 pounds too!

I'm November 14th.. and I feel like I still have a ton more to do..

Hi November Brides! I am getting married Nov23, and I am so happy to see that other people have lots of stuff left to do and Im not the only one! We have tuxes, programs, favors, undergarments, ceremony music and my dress isnt in yet! Im sure there more Im forgeting!

Nov. 16th here... I am still trying to 'fix' my invitations... my aunt was supposed to write them in calligraphy (broke her hand) & now I'm forced to do it on the printer... some of the outers are smudged & bent... I haven't tried the response cards yet... I'm afraid. I think I may try to print on a clear label and just stick it to them instead. Do you think that's cheesy?
I still have programs to do/buy, FH has to do tuxes, have to make or buy birdseed holders, get baskets for ceremony... OMG, the more I write the more freaked out I'm getting. There's plenty more... my head is starting to spin...how are you guys doing? I think we should start this in a new category, because when I 1st read it, some had just said they still haven't found invitations, so I know this goes way back...

Im a November Brida, but of 2003. I have alot of time left. But I just want to say good luck to everyone in November this year.
