I'm getting married there Aug. 25! I just picked out my menu and cake last weekend!! What 4 choices did you choose? I chose Prime Rib, Eggplant Rollatini, Stuffed Flounder and Chicken Champagne. Still not sure about the chicken though! :)

thats funny...we weren't sure about the chicken either and ended up asking for chicken franchase (sp?), instead of the 2 choices on the menu. we got the prime rib and salmon w/ dill sauce and pasta primavera. are you having your ceremony inside or on the lake? we just decided on the lake, although we've been planning all year for it to be indoors! they were cool about us changing our minds.

My friend had a good comment about having the ceremony on the grass by the lake... just remember that's where the ducks hang out. Her friends dresses were trailing duck poop throughout the day. So I hope you don't have a long train.

they are promising me the poop will be cleared!! i'm planning to have a very wide aisle runner and hope they will have people walk on it and not on any stray poops that might be left. luckily, i have no train nor do the bridesmaids.
