Any Past Brides can give advice for future brides...

I'm getting married in less than 18 days and any words of wisdom would be appreciated!

Thanks..

Honestly-just really enjoy every part of the next few days/weeks.
Also-really, really, really try to take in all the moments you can on your wedding day. I know every bride says it, but that day flies by.

if it hasnt been done by now (littlw things) it wasnt really that important to begin with and the guests wont miss it. deep breathing helps too!

If it's not done within 2 days before the wedding, let it go. No one is going to miss it, not even you. I promise!

I know you've heard it 1,000 times, but the day really does fly by. I blinked and it was cake cutting time!

At least once during the day: Stop. Breathe it all in. Look around at all the people you love who are there for you! I had a loft where I could look down at everyone enjoying themselves, the food, each other.

My SIL asked that food be packed up for DH and me to eat later in case we didn't get a chance.

Dance with your dad...we didn't have much dancing and at the end of the day that was the only regret I had.

And very important:::Wear undies that won't give you a wedgie!

Seriously! You try and pick a wedgie in a wedding dress!!!

I found really cute boy shorts with rhinestone 'BRIDE' on the back at Fredericks!

I got the best piece of advice from Ali on the day of my wedding via text message, lol:

When the priest (pastor, reverend, officiant, whatever) pronounces you husband and wife, stop and look down the aisles before you and your husband walk back down. It's amazing to see all of those faces that are there just for you.

I'm so happy she told me that, and I made DH stop for a second before we started walking. Best thing I ever could've done.

Oh and if you're going table to table, make it quick and easy. DH wanted to spend like 5 minutes with every table and I wanted to kill him. I eventually finished off making the rounds by myself so that I could go enjoy the rest of the night. He on the other hand doesn't remember much because he was too busy saying hello to people.

oohhh I will be looking for those! I am so afraid of the whole bathroom aspect of the wedding too! Someone really has to stand there and hold your dress while you go, right? eeeek.

I agree with everything everyone else said!

the one piece of advice i have is to MAKE SURE your FH and all of the groomsmen, dads, grandpas try on EVERY SINGLE PIECE of the tux. EVERY ONE. DO NOT believe the tux place when they say if the vest fits, the shirt will fit. it wont. someone's shirt will be too big or too small. Make sure they open the bags and try it all on and make sure its right, that the vests and ties all match and are the right color. most guys just grab the bags and go or dont want to try the whole thing on 2 days before they wear it all day. they will wish they did when the DOC is trying to pin the shirt closed 5 minutes before you arrive at church!!

Don't do 10 shots of tequilla the last hour and half of the reception like I did...lol for real

Make sure your dress fits perfect NOW and make sure your bra doesn't show in the back (happened to me, very upsetting lol)

if there are specific pictures that you would like, especially ones with your family members, make sure that you give him a list

if you smoke don't go out for a cig during the reception, you'll miss about 15 minutes and that's actually a long time when its your wedding!

if you are going around to all the tables, try and do it while everyone is eating so you don't miss dance time

make sure you have all important numbers written down on paper, (vendors, bridesmaids, etc.) you never know something might happen to yoru phone

Take it alllllllllllllll in!! try and remember cetrain events in the day and how you felt

good luck, it's going to be the best day of your life!!!
