Any Pennsylvania residents out there (or those who know the state well?)

I don't know PA at all and somehow got sucked into doing a little research for my boss' sister (why, i dunno )

What neighborhoods are within close proximity to Philly that are really nice to reside?

Or generally speaking, what areas are nice neighborhoods to raise a familiy/live reasonablly in PA?

We had friends who lived in Wayne, PA (I believe it's near King of Prussia - I think their mall is famous!) ... but that's all I know!

They lived in a townhouse but recently bought a house in Lansdale which I think is not really close to Philly (but again, what the heck do I know! Just seemed like a longer drive when we visited).

I live in Bethlehem, PA which is about an hour away give or take. It is a great place to live. I moved there a year ago.

The King of Prussia mall is HUGE. You need a tram just to get from end to the other.
