any portuguese brides??

2 of my bridesmaids are portuguese, and i tried this amazing food called Rissois!!!!!!! its a turnover filled w/either shrimp, chicken, or beef....

ive only been able to find a recipe for the shrimp..

anyone have recipes for the other 2???? my BMs mom refuses to give up her recipe!!! (its cuz they're so DAMMMM good!!) LOL

I'll find out from my FMIL if she has a recipe, I no she usually makes the one with the shrimp I am not sure for chicken and beef though.

yaa my BM Claudia brought in the chicken ones to work the other day and i cant stop thinking about them!!!

so i found a good shrimp recipe, but i definitely wanna try the other ones too!!
