Any recommendations for bands? prices also please

FH and I had originally wanted a DJ but fh's mom LOVES bands for weddings and offered to pay for it (how great is that?!?! i love her lol)

So does anyone have any recommendations? and price info? (code blue is already booked for my date, thats the only i know so far lol)

we both like to dance and want everyone on the dance floor all night any info would be appreciated!!!

All of the Franklin Wayne Bands are great. Heart and Soul, Timepiece, and Vision. You should definitely go to a showcase.

Baby Grand is amazing... The core of the band is the Seventies Experience who play all over long island....Not sure of price they haven't given us one yet (my FH) is close friends with them but go to a showcase. They are great!

we booked heart and soul and loved them...see my review. We also really like and have seen in person Daybreaks night and they are awesome as well

im currently looking at bands as well..... right now i have it down to timepiece and heart and soul, (both are franklin wayne bands) any other band ive seen since just hast compared.... they are both around 7,000

We booked Renegade as well and they are supposed to be amazing. Not cheap though, expect at least 6k depending on what you want.

I couldn't agree more...

Their bands are fantastic!

Personally, we booked Heart & Soul but I've also heard all of the others and they are all awesome. I really like Vision too.

PS, we were going to go with a DJ too-- we always wanted a band but could not afford it until FIL's offered to pay! YAY!

Who has recently heard Renegade? What do you think? Can you close your eyes and think it is the actual singer? I may book them but I haven't heard them in person. Thanks!

FH wants a DJ because he wants to hear the songs the exact way they are sung, but I always wanted a band...So I think we came to a compromise....

There are DJ's out there that have live musicians that can add something special to the songs! And a vocalist can always be hired along with them!

Times Square Orchestra was AMAZING at my wedding!! They manage themselves, so you are working directly with the band during planning. I am still received compliments and it is almost a year later!
