Any reviews on the Pratt Mansion?

We're seriously considering having our reception at the Pratt Mansion. It's a beautiful site and only 2 blocks from where we will have our ceremony. But before we commit ourselves we wanted to get opinions from people that have had or attended receptions there. If you have, please share your thoughts and tell us how your experience was.
