Has anyone used, will use, or know anything about the in-house floral designer in terms of quality and pricing as compared to other florists?

GTBride - I'm using Chris at Perfect Wedding Planner (Scotto's In-house), and I am THRILLED with everything so far.
I met with Chris and he and I just Clicked. He had such beautiful ideas, and he actually LISTENED to what I had in mind (whoa). I had met with another florist who had little to no interest in what I wanted.
His price beat my second lowest quote by over $100 (including tax).
I booked PWP on the spot, and I haven't been so confident in any other decision (well, other than to marry FH!).
