any skin care/dermatology people? or anyone else...

i have posted before about this. i need a GREAT solution to hyperpigmentation. i gte it about my lip like a wonderful freckle mustache and i need it gone! no sun for me because i am so sensitive to it.

anyone know anything? i use a cream that honestly, doesnt do what i want. i want a cure, not a on going treatment. anyone know anything about laser teeatment? please share info! thanks!!!!
