Any Social Workers out there?

I need help!! I'm applying for grad school and am trying to answer the admissions essay and am completely drawing a blank!! Any input would be great

This is part of the question:

• provide your own definition of social change as well as specific examples of how your work, volunteer activities and/or life experiences reflect your concerns with social justice and social welfare issues

ps.. it's due 3/1
i've been so preoccupied with wedding things that i've put this off for so long and I really just need to get back to school already
