Yes, I am. I am getting two pretty large baskets to put on the altar. One by us and one by our best man and moh on the other side. We are also getting bows.
I know some brides in the past got flowers to put on the railings by I saw no need.
The altar is amazing and really doens't need anything.

Who is doing your mass??

Fr. Gentleman was supposed to do our orginal date and hopefully will be available to do our rescheduled soon!

When I get a date I will post it, and lol, you can jugde on your own what ya want to do

Me too. We re bringing in our own priest. I am thinking of geting two baskets and maybe putting some tulle on the steps outside-- I have seen other people do that there and it looks nice.

Just got married there on June 22 - what a walk down the aisle. Barone married us, and Gentlemen was supposed to be our priest - such is life! 2 pieces for the altar is all you need. The pew bows are what make a difference. I hope to post pictures soon!

I am not getting married at St. Kilian's, but attended a wedding there last week. What a beautiful church. The celebrant of the mass was Deacon Barone. IMO, he was wonderful. He was witty, and definitely kept people involved in the ceremony.
During pre cana, the bride and groom had written down how they met, what they admire about each other and what they love about each other. Deacon Barone incorporated what they had written into the ceremony. It was very moving and really gave the ceremony a personal touch

Are there any other priests who are good to use? I met with the indian priest who was very sweet but i am not sure people would understand him that well so I want to see if there is anyone else, Deacon Barone was the only I was told about.
