We're looking for a venue, that will charge under $100/ pp ($100 w/ t&g) for a sat night in June for 100 guest,

Brentwood CC!!!!!!!! 100 people is the min. and they charge btw $8995-10995 and it includes ALL wedding vendors. Read my review, but know you can always remove a vendor for a credit.

Tall Grass in Shoreham is way under that and the whole place was just redone and beautiful - I had my wedding there 3 weeks ago they were amazing!
