Any suggestions for a restaurant for a bach. party in Manhattan?

I was also wondering if anyone could recommend a limo company, I was quoted $55/hr, does anyone have anything better?????

Upscale? Fun? private room? Tapas? Margaritas?

We are a small bridal party like 4 or 5 will be attending, most are not big drinkers, and there is a 14 year old attending. I guess something fun, but maybe something that we could get a little dressed up for ?????

I think we went to Cafe Wa one time for a friend's bachekorette party. It was a comedy club as well and I think my sister was underage at the time and she came with us.
