Any suggestions or tips regarding florist, photog etc?

i booked everything..but everyday I keep hearing new information that I should be careful before the big day..so many DETAILS!!
1 example make sure the church has the air on 2 hours before guests arrive, because most likely churches are burning!

Advice...check references.... read the Bride's Review Board, meet with photographer and schedule a trial shoot.. like epics before you book. Feel the photog out and make sure you are comfortable with them. Make sure everything you want is in writing in your contract... length of time, how many ppl, wearing tuxedoes, overage time charges, rights to your pictures, Hi Res DVD of all images, how many location visits, montages, include honeymoon and growing up pictures.


Florists...shop around.. have an idea of what you like / want / need before you go there... like how many Boks for BP, corsages for moms, gmas, bouts for GMs, RB, Gpas and dads, CPs, swags, entrance pieces, aisle runner. and so on. Factor is all in so you have a realistic budget. Don't commit until you know for sure what your color scheme is.
