i am SO unorganized and since this time around i have less than a year to plan, i am trying to be on point with EVERYTHING!
i made something called an ultimate wedding checklist of things i am going to need sooner or later...for anyone who wants this file you can email me and ill reply with it! but for any of you that have a checklist or anything of the sort can you forward to me or share on this post? tia!!!
I made a binder with a tab for each thing.. RH, Flowers, DJ, etc. I would put all the information for each topic in the tab. Once I signed a contract the contract would replace all the brochures for the other vendors. I put inspiration pictures, etc. I brought the binder with me everywhere. It kept me organized. THen I have a tab for my to do list. It started as one long list and ended as it being broken down by month and then by week and finally by day.

I have a binder as well. I think it will hep most the day of the wedding when all of the contracts are in one place and readily available!

Jae..ur better than me..I have it all in my head and just in case a vendor wants to get crazy I make comments as we sign every contract...I say..if for any reason you don't live up to all the statements in the contract you wont make it home that night and please let your employees know I will be their new boss...everyone laughs but I try to tell them I'm not kidding!! Guess a binder would be better..

I am crazy when it comes to organization. I have a binder that has all of my final information with me so when I travel to long island I have everything with me to show each vendor and what not. At my house I have a plastic file storage bin with hanging files color coordinated to each part of the wedding (Bridal gowns, bridesmaids, venues, photography, etc.). I can't help but be organized!!!

My MOH bought me a wedding binder from Michaels. I added clear sheets to it and have each contract in a separate file under a separate tab. I have everything from contracts to hairstyles in there.I call it The Wedding Bible lol
