FH and I were just talking about our invites. He keeps telling me how he doesn't want to go overboard on the price of invitiations but i feel as if your invite kind of sets the tone of what the wedding will be like. anyone else agree with that? anyway i was thinking of some really unique invites or something different. anyone have any pics or ideas. i saw a girl on the 07 boards have these scrolls that were soooo pretty. any other ideas?? or post pics of some that you all like!!!! Thanx ladies!!!!!!!

well I don't have pics, but have seen the scroll ones.. they're very nice, but expensive to send.
Think about your budget then go from there, if you can splurge a bit go all out if not they're are some beautiful ones to chose from.

If you are looking for something a little different then check out Now and Forever invitations. They have some really nice modern ones and ones with bright colors and patterns. I plan on getting mine from there....heres just a few examples from their website that I liked. Oh and they are very reasonably priced!
I guess it's all up to you and your budget. And think about what is most important to you at your wedding. Spend less money on inviations that people will probaly look at once or twice and instead spend more money on something like vidoegraphy, photography, etc.
It all depends on your budget.

I agree.. While you think it may set the tone.. Which would you rather hear??? Those invites were beautiful or that was a kick a$$ wedding... I say spend the money where it counts. If thats what counts to you go with the elaborate invites if thats what makes you !!!!!!

i agree that invites do set the tone buuuut you do have to consider your budget and whats really important to you.
You may be able to get fancy invites if you go the diy route....just make sure to price out everything cuz in some cases diy isnt always cheaper and last thing...some unique and great invites arent always the super expensive ones!!!
