we're venue twins! I was just there today it's so beautiful there this time of year!!!
I'm not very creative but we ordered our favors right from the vineyard caterers...the small bottle of wine (either white or red) and they personalize it. I'm getting my invitations custom made and think I'm going to add either a grape vine or wine glasses onto the invite...
That's really it. thinking of wine themed placecard holders too. But, have to wait and see if that's in the budget as we get closer.

We're naming half of our tables after types of wine, and the other half after vineyards.
There will be grapes incorporated into our CP's (not too original, but helps carry the theme).
Our napkin ring will be a small bunch of grapes tied onto the napkin with the same burgundy ribbon as is used in my invitations. (Yep. I'm crazy anal.)
I know there's more that I just can't come up with at the moment. I'll post as I think of things.

I am going with burgandy color BM dresses.
Grapes and vines in my centerpeices, grape themed menu cards, names of vineyards for the tables, wine bottles in burgandy organza and corks as the place card holders.

here is a pic
you just put a pin in the back so it stays up and you cut a slit on the top for the cards to go in.

I am actually going to order them on ebay. The ones that I liked came 1,000 in a bag. I definetly don't need that many. If you want some let me know and I will ship them to you.
