Re: Any Weight Watchers girls?
I have been doing it for about 3 months now. I had a big weight loss before the holidays, then gained it all back and more over the holidays. It was bad! I am now down 8 pounds from the holidays and 5 overall from my start 3 months ago. I do it all onine, no center for me. We have a weight watchers thread somewhere with recipes and advice...let me see if I can bump it for you!

Re: Any Weight Watchers girls?
I go to meetings (New Hyde Park) but cant seem to keep myself really on the program. I track and all but eat way over my points most of the time. So, I guess that means I dont really do it.. I want to though! I just cant stop eating... WHY GOD WHY?

Re: Any Weight Watchers girls?
I usually do pretty well but this week is mid-terms at work so our schedule is all off...hopefully i'll be back on track tomorrow..
some tips I have:
say away from diet soda eat lots of fiber (i start my day with fiber one cereal) plan dinners ahead of time. I have some good recipes if anyone is in need.
I love the etools, I convert my own recipes to ww by changing some ingredients and then it calculates the points for me.

I have been doing that and working out for the past week and a half and have lost about 5 lbs. I think it is the best diet and most realistic too.

Re: Any Weight Watchers girls?
Going to Bay Shore. This Monday will be my third week. I am only down 1.2 lbs but my dress fit better today when I went to visit it, so I am doing something right. This week is not going so well though.
