I'm Part Jamaican & FH is Haitian I have TONs of meal me & FMIL cook let me know if you want any:


Oxtail(one in typical brown sauce, and a haitian one in a red sauce)

Legum(sp?) It's Haitian meal with pork, beef, eggplant (you cant really tell the eggplant is in it) and crab or shrimp

Pernil

Beef Patty

Haitian soup w/ chicken steak & plaintains

Curry anything lol

Greol (sp?) Its like Pernil but really spicy & fried

Fried Spicy Bluefish

Rice & Peas w/coconut milk

Collard Greans west indian style


I can go on & on let me know if I dont know how to make it my FMIL will so let me know
