Any WW girls get weighed today?
I am down 1.4 this week, with Aunt Flo.
Thank God ! If I gained weight this week I would have lost my mind!

tomorrow....but i started low carb on monday and weighed myself today and lost 6 this week just from low carb!!

believe me it's hard...im trying absolutely no carbs for two weeks then weening in healthy carbs
