If so what were there prices like? And also do you have pay anything when you block off rooms or do you just have to guarantee a certain amount of rooms will be booked?
Please help I am going to check out hotels soon. Thanks

I blocked off rooms at the Hilton. I didn't have to guarantee anything, but a month before the wedding if they weren't booked they were released. I think the price was $129/room.

We blocked rooms there. We were allowed to block 20 rooms without having to worry about a guarantee. Once 10 rooms are blocked, I'll increase the number again. I think it's $139 for the rooms and $209 for the suite.

Ooh, forgot to say that we didn't have to pay anything to block the rooms. Whatever is not booked 30 days before our wedding will go back to the hotel for their own use.
