Anybody ever been to Lucky Chang's in the city?

I am going there tomorrow night for friends bachelorette party and I don't know what to wear. Any idea? Thanks.

I agree, I've been there too for a friends bday last year. You can really wear anything!

You can wear anything unless you think that your friends might get you a lap dance from the 'waiters' then I would not wear a short skirt.

You girls are scaring me, What kind of place is this? Would jeans be OK or should I wear black pants and a sleeveless sweater? Can you all come look in my closet for me? I wanted to wear sneakers cause we are not getting a limo we're taking the train and we'll be walking. I am not a city person, how far is this place from Penn. Thanks!!!

Its a place FULL of drag queens, some of which have nicer legs than I do Its not known for its food, its known for the show!

And you're not walking from Penn Station!!!! Its on East 1st (I think) and Penn Station is on 33rd!! I would take a cab down there...

Went there a few months ago for my friend's bachelorette party. It's a lot of fun but DO WEAR PANTS. The black pants and sleevless sweater sound good. The food isn't great but the entertainment makes up for it.

The food does s**k but it's a lot of fun, you'll enjoy it.

It's a lot of fun. I agree with the others - wear what you want (especially if its pants!) and try to eat something beforehand. Though, if you have a party over 6 (I think? Maybe 8?) you have to order food - not sure what the minimum is. At least it was this way a few years ago...I would call beforehand just to make sure.

I've been there. It was fun, some of the Drag queens have nicer bodies then regular girls. The food was bad but the show was fun

I was there a couple of years ago and we got a (small) table downstairs right by the bathrooms! Boy that was a lot of fun! There were drag queens using both the men's and ladies' rooms. Also we saw several guys walk into the guy's bathroom and come out 15 minutes later dressed as women! Definitely the best seat in the house! It's definitely a lot of fun! You'll have a great time!

I am also going there tonight for a friend of mine Bachalorette's GTG - her wedding is next Saturday - I'm glad I read this because I was going to wear a skirt!!!! What a coincidence...

I have been there before and thought it was a blast! We are going there this Friday for part of my bachelorette party, my girls were not into going to a strip club.
