just booked a cruise but i know nothing about the cruise line. i just know it was the cheapest trip with arifare included.

I have heard mixed reviews depending on the ship and where the ship goes. Check out cruisereviews.com or epinions.com. People's taste and interests are very different. You will read a variety of things. Part of our HM is a cruise on the Norwegian Star. It leaves from Honolulu and does 4 Hawaiian islands. We have never been on a Norwegian cruise before.

I took the Norwegian Majesty for a 7 night cruise from Boston to Bermuda. My husband and I had a great time.

Norwegian isn't that bad of a cruiseline. I have been on their ships. I am booking the norwegian for my honeymoon in hawaii as well. I am a travel agent so I have seen many cruise ships, you will not have a problem at all.

Been on the Norwegian Star (Hawaii) and Norwegian Sun (Alaska). Both cruises were amazing. Be sure to get an outside cabin with a balcony if you can afford it. I loved sitting on the balcony and having muffins in the morning.
The newer ships have tons of cool activities and restaurants on board. Be sure to eat at the ala carte restaurants - most of the time -- its worth the extra couple of dollars -- they are terrific!

Been on 2 Norweign cruises. The first was the Norweign Sea or as Fh and I call it, The Norweign NIGHTMARE!!!!!!! It was the most horrible cruise I was ever on, and did not want to go on another one after that- the place smelled like a toilet, it was run down, the food was awful, etc. I wish I can show u the video I took of it, do not waste your money on this ship! The second one was the brand new Norweign Dawn, which was great, I swore I was never going to go on another cruise esp. Norweign, but FMIL paid and convinced me it was going to be better and it was like night and day. I posted my review in Feb, in the 2004 webpage. It was funny while in port we saw the Norweign Nighmare and took a picture next to it with our thumbs down!!
