Anybody ever hate

their makeup and hair trial? Ugh....I just hate spending so much for hair and makeup trials!
$100 for a hair trial and $85 for makeup I just can't believe the prices !!!

uh...YUP. didn't like my make up trial, I thought I looked like a corpse.

I'm trying it out again on Oct 5th. Wish me luck, I'm having a hair and make up trial. My first make up trial left such a bad taste that it took me a couple of months to decide I really do want someone to do my make up. I was so nervous that I won't be happy with anyone. But, I'm giving it another shot and another $110 too. (for hair and make up)

I will post pics if I like it this time.

Good Luck! I can't wait to see pictures...I know the feeling...I told the woman I want to I wanted to look natural....When I looked in the mirror I almost fell of the chair! When she asked how I liked it I told her that I felt like I had black dirt aropud my eyes and I need to wash my face. The best part was how she was talking herself up to be this great makup artist!

I was not happy with my makeup and hair trial either and I had a very popular vendor on this site do my trials....
It really does stink waisting all of that money.

edited to say....I am going to get a trial next at Cactus.... they are MUCH cheaper than what the first vendor was asking!

Oh my gosh, ME TOO! I looked like I belonged in a coffin! It took me three trials and more money than I want to remember in order to find somebody. I'm still not even sure, I might try one more make-up trial. And I haven't even tried hair yet

It ***** when you pay for a trial and hate the results!!!!!!!! You feel so ripped off! Very dissapointing ! Especially when your trying to save nickels and dimes and feel like you flushed money down the drain on a bad trial.

The worst part is spending like $150 and have nothing to show for it!

I looked like Mimi from the Drew Carey Show...finally, after the third trial, I knew what I wanted and didn't want, and my MU was PERFECT.

I was disappointed by my 1st hair trial, and it was $40!! I felt like I could've done it better myself, didn't follow the pic that I showed her. It stinks bc you can't go around spending hundreds on trials, kinda makes you settle.

Thankfully my 2nd trial was about the same price and altho she didn't really follow the pic either I ended up liking it better anyway!!
