Anybody going to Barcelona, Spain for their honeymoon?
Has anybody been there pretty recently? If so, can you make any restaurant suggestions?

I LOVE Barcelona. I went there a long time ago, so I;m sorry i can;t reccomend any restaraunts. Just be careful what you order, especially on the outskirts...we couldnlt understand some of the menus because there were unfamiliar Catalan words, and some of us ended up with some pretty weird things on our plates!

i am dying to go there are you staying on las ramblas ? you may want to buy the 'time out' guide for barcelona.. i used it when i was in europe last time - the bguide gave me great off the beaten path restuarants and had alot of wonderful recommendations
you will have to tell me about your trip- i want to go there SOON!

we're heading to barcelona for the honeymoon! staying at the monte carlo on las ramblas and plan on doing some sightseeing tours and one-day trips, as well as a few days just lounging around on the

There are a lot of websites about all of the Barcelona scam artists. Make sure you check them out before you go so you don't become a victim.

the best thing to do in Barca in terms of food is go tapas bar hopping. they are so yummy and filling.
there are a lot of good restaurants in Las Ramblas, but a lot of tourist traps too.
we ate at a few good restaurants near the Gaudi museum...on the huge street that leads to las Ramblas...we used Rick Steve's Spain. it was great.
