Look in MaureenM618 's profile. She has pictures of the smaller room and the whole manor.

FH and i really liked it till we asked his sister who lives two blocks away if she heard anything. Its on a main street so if you get married there you can hear the traffic a bit. Limited picture taking in the area and inside (building a garden though outside don't know when it will be available). Other then that not much from what I have heard that is too negative. Food was really good there.

Larkfield Manor - Best service I've ever recieved as a guest to an affair (and I went to a wedding at Oheaka!)
It was amazing, I had dental surgery & couldn't chew so I got a huge plate overflowing w/ mash potatoes (as per my request)
They are amazing peiople too, My Best friend (an MOH)'s father passed away this labor day ( ) They live in Northport. Larkfiels is where her brother worked in HS & College. As soon as they heard of the passing they called and offered the 'inbetween' (afternoon & evening viewings) meals for all 3 days & the meal for after the funeral.
That was so amazing they knocked my sox off, Since my cousin was married there & my MOH's experience there (last time she was there was her dad's wake & funeral) I couldn't consider it. I think if you decide to book there your a lucky

I've been there for a few times & the only time I heard the traffic was when I was standing right in front smoking NOT in the back in the desinated smoking area(outdoors)

Oh maybe that is what she was meaning. Of course you would hear traffic in the front! Duh!

I know Duh! But the way it read made it sound like you heard the traffic, like it affected the affair, I just wanted to clarify that.

I had my wedding there in September. Everything was perfect. I had my ceremony in the back. We didn't hear any traffic. The food was excellent.

someone has a review up on the bride board. some complaints but really minor. I did call fh's sister who lives around the block she said you can hear the traffic in the front deff. The back she says has changed since she was last in there so she wasn't sure. She says though its a traffic nightmare over there when a wedding is leaving if you have a large amount of people. She stands by this comment. Honestly I wouldn't worry about people leaving and having a slight traffic jam because that could happen anywhere.
