in the city or long island...im having about 15 people for my bday on sat and want to go to a lounge where its nice and comfy, not too expensive, good music(dance, top hits), music isnt too loud and overbearing where u cant hear each other talk, am i too picky lol...my old age is getting to me..the big 23!!!

The Flatiron Lounge in Manhattan is nice (but FH's brother is a bartender there and I get free drinks so I'm biased) but it's pretty pricey and you wouldn't get near the place on a Saturday night unless you get there before 7 or 8 (I don't know your price range or time frame, sorry).

I am not a big lounge person, but light was pretty good and they have good food there too. Leopard lounge is not that bad, but wasn't too crazy about it, depends on what you like. You could try 'one' it's pretty good or just go to the meat packing district, if you don't like a place you have plenty more to choose from. Also, Cavo in Astoria is very nice, they have a huge outside garden and a lounge area inside.
How about FuelRay in NYC, it's on 3rd between LaGuardia and Thompson. My cousin is a cocktail waitress there that's how I found out about it, they play good music, it's not huge though and can tend to get a little crowded, the atmosphere is chill though and you can get a little VIP area. I think it's worth a call!
one is fun!why not go to PM, or Hiro, & just get a table for all of you, or why not BED it's nice the VIP tables are beds, my friend had her b-day there this past year (24th) I'll ask her about the cost
